ERW® Physical Therapy is a comprehensive physical therapy clinic and 24-hour gym dedicated to enhancing your quality of life. Our team comprises experienced professionals across various specialties:

Clinical Staff

• Jason, PT, CERT. DN, Owner: With a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and undergraduate studies at Clemson University, Jason has been practicing in the Augusta area since 1992 and founded ERW® Physical Therapy in 2002.
• Lydia, PT, DPT, CERT.DN, Regional Director: Holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Augusta State University, Lydia has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2015.
• Caitlyn, PT, DPT, Cert DN, Clinic Director (Grovetown Location): Caitlyn earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2020. She joined ERW Physical Therapy in 2020.
• Will, PT, Cert DN, Clinic Director (South Augusta Location): Will obtained his Master’s in Physical Therapy from The Medical College of Georgia and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2002.
• Laura, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert DN: With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Augusta State University, Laura has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2017.

Personal Trainers

• Kaleb, Wellness and Personal Training Manager: Kaleb holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2017.
• Deletha, Personal Trainer: With over 8 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Deletha has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2017.
• Briana Thompkins, Personal Trainer: Briana earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from Augusta University and joined ERW Physical Therapy in 2023.

Administrative Staff

• Michelle, Regional Practice Manager: Michelle has an Associate’s degree from Augusta Technical College in dental assisting and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2005.
• Victoria, Regional Management Assistant: Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from DeVry University and a Master’s in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University. She has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2022.
• Karen, Regional Back Office Coordinator: Karen has an MBA from Brenau University, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Brenau University. She has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2019.
• Lisa, Regional Administrative Support: Lisa holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Augusta University and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2018.
• Emerson: Emerson has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in General Art from Augusta University and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2023.
